This turn-key system combines a whole-house water softener with an upflow carbon filtration unit, delivering excellent overall value.

The water softener is a complete system powered by the Fleck 5600SXT digital metered valve. It features a 64,000-grain capacity and uses upgraded 10% cross-linked resin for extended service life. The system supports flow rates up to 14 GPM, making it suitable for households of 2–6 people. The Fleck valve includes a 5-year warranty.

The upflow carbon filtration system uses an eco-friendly design that operates without backwashing. It requires no electricity, no drain line, and produces no wastewater. The system contains 2 cubic feet of high-activity carbon media derived from coconut shells, which removes contaminants through adsorption.

This carbon filtration unit effectively reduces chlorine, chloramines, pesticides, herbicides, organics, MTBE, and THMs. It also minimizes chemicals, unpleasant tastes, and odors, making it a reliable solution for general water filtration.
