Introducing the Pre-Loaded Water Softener Tank, designed for reliable and efficient water conditioning. It comes pre-filled with 0.75 cubic ft of upgraded high-capacity cation softening resin, along with pre-installed gravel and a riser/distributor tube for consistent performance.

For improved filtration, the optional KDF Media Guard can be added to target iron, chlorine, and heavy metals. When selected, it is installed inside the tank prior to shipment. The system remains compatible with existing valves and meters, and includes a universal adapter for straightforward integration. (Valve not included.)

The KDF 55 Media Guard is suited for municipal water, helping reduce chlorine and heavy metals while limiting bacterial growth within the system.

For well water applications, the KDF 85 Media Guard effectively treats moderate levels of iron and hydrogen sulfide (up to 1 ppm), delivering cleaner and conditioned water.
