10 lbs Acid Neutralization Media

• Calcite/Corosex Mix: A naturally occurring mineral rock composed of approximately 95% calcium carbonate and up to 3% magnesium carbonate. It is commonly used to increase the pH level of acidic water.
• Functionality: When acidic water comes into contact with calcite, the calcium carbonate media gradually dissolves, raising the pH level. This process helps reduce the risk of leaching of metals such as copper and lead that are commonly found in plumbing systems.
